Not to misuse the website or payment gateway
Not to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity
To comply with all applicable laws

Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices for services are listed clearly on the website or provided directly before purchase.
Online payments are processed securely through PayU Payment Gateway.
I do not store or have access to your card, UPI, net banking, or wallet details.
Payment is considered successful only after PayU confirms the transaction.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds, if applicable, will follow the the Refund Policy published separately.

Refund approval is based on:

Service eligibility
Time of request
Nature of service delivered

In case of payment failure or duplicate payment, PayU automatically reverses the amount back to your source.

6. Service Delivery / Access

Depending on the service purchased:

Online sessions will be scheduled mutually
Digital content may require login credentials
Software access may be activated within a specified time
Support will be provided via email or phone

Delays due to technical or network issues are not guaranteed but will be resolved as soon as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for:

Losses due to misuse of services
Payment delays caused by banks or PayU
Internet outages, system errors, or technical failures
Decisions or academic results based on the tutoring or service

My total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that particular service.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, text, graphics, and material provided is owned by Sabyasachi Barik.
Users may not copy, resell, distribute, or modify the content without permission.

Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is protected as per the Privacy Policy.

By using my services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access if:

You violate the Terms
You misuse the services
You engage in fraudulent actions
You fail to pay applicable fees
